By starting our Online Courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Free Trial
You can take advantage of the Free Trial Class before signing up, so you can test the Course and Instructors.
Upon successful completion of the Trial Class, you have the option, whether to proceed with your classes or not.
Payment Method
Easy & Secure Online Payment Methods. You can conveniently pay via PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer.
Payment Policy
Monthly Fees are supposed to be paid in advance starting from the day in which payment is done.
In case of stopping classes at any time during the month, for any reason, we will refund 100% of the remaining classes.
You can simply email Support@mishkahacademy.com or text the Live Chat Icon to confirm the date of stopping and request the refund.
Make-up Classes
If a student finds they can’t attend a class for any reason, they must text the teacher via Zoom at least 5 hours before the class starts and ensure that the class is rearranged to another suitable day.
If a student plans to take a holiday, they must email the teacher and the Support Team via Support@mishkahacademy.com or text the Live Chat icon.
If a student misses a class without emailing the teacher (via Zoom chat) at least 4 hours before the class starts, no makeup will be arranged except if there is a sudden illness or death in the family.
If a student plans to take a holiday for a period up to one month, they are eligible to make up their classes. Making up the classes can be before or after the holiday.
If a Tutor cancels a class because of an emergency, he informs the student and the class will be scheduled for another day.
Public Holidays
According to the Islamic calendar, there are two important holidays on which Tutors and students are allowed to take off.
On Eid Al-Adha there will be 4 days off and on Eid Al-Fitr there is a holiday of maximum 3 days.These holidays are gifts for Tutors and students, so no make-up classes are organized.
Quarterly Progress Report
Parents will receive a quarterly report at the end of each 3 month period for students less than 18 years. This will provide the opportunity for parents to review the progress of their children.
Evaluation & Feedback
In order to improve our service, we ask our students for feedback after studying for a while in the academy, this would help us improve the student experience and optimize our services.
Learning Environment
We ensure that our students have a healthy learning environment. Tutors are helpful and available to students for 24 hours a day. Students can enjoy their learning in a cooperative and relaxed environment.
Male&Female Students/Kids
Male students under 12 may have a male or a female teacher according to the parent’s request. Once the boy turns 12, we will kindly ask the parent to move his class to a male teacher if he has been learning with a female teacher.
Female students under 12 may have a male or a male teacher according to the parent’s request. Once the girl turns 12, we will kindly ask the parent to move her class to a female teacher if she has been learning with a male teacher.
Quality Control
The quality of learning is monitored closely through various procedures such as measuring attendance discipline, regular teacher training, student feedback and regular examinations.
Rating and Feedback
Our Support department will email you after a few lessons to ask for your feedback. Please let them know if you have any concerns, enquiries or complaints. Your feedback helps us to improve our service. We highly appreciate it.
Studying only with the Academy
Tutors are not allowed to arrange classes with students outside the Academy.
Students may take additional courses or make-up classes only with the Academy.
Attendance Policy
Students and teachers must be online on time. No delays are accepted from both sides.
Leaving the Academy
If students wish to leave the Course, they can contact our Support Team by email hafidh.institute@gmail.com or text via the Live Chat Icon.
Students should discuss Course completion with Staff or Tutors two days before leaving the academy.

What kind of personal information do we collect?

- Profile Data, such as courses you have taken, preferences, feedback, and survey responses.

- When you make a payment to us, we collect identifiable information such as your name, date of birth, and gender, as well as contact information such as your mailing address, email address, and phone number.

Retention of Data
We retain a student’s personal data for 12 months before deleting it from our system if the student cancels their account.
After 12 months, the student’s personal data and progress report will be deleted to ensure the security of the student data.
