Classes are conducted via secure online platforms, and all communication, scheduling, and payments are handled digitally through our official website and support channels.

This approach ensures a seamless and professional learning experience while complying with applicable guidelines for online service providers.


We offer a Free Trial Class to help you experience our courses and instructors before committing. After completing the trial, you can decide whether to proceed with enrollment.

Make-Up Classes & Cancellations


Public Holidays

We observe two major Islamic holidays, Eid Al-Adha (4 days) and Eid Al-Fitr (3 days), during which tutors and students are entitled to time off. No make-up classes are organized for these holidays.


Dispute Resolution Policy

At Hafidh Academy, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our students. However, in the event of any disputes, we are committed to resolving them fairly and efficiently.

  1. Contact Us First:
    If you have any concerns or disputes regarding payments, services, or class schedules, we encourage you to contact our support team directly via WhatsApp support chat. Most issues can be resolved quickly through open communication.
  2. Refund and Dispute Handling:
    • If you are eligible for a refund (e.g., due to canceled classes or service interruptions), our team will promptly process your request as per our Payment and Refund Policy.
    • For disputes related to class quality or tutor performance, we will work with you to address the issue and offer alternative solutions, such as changing tutors or rescheduling classes.
  3. Escalation Procedure:
    If a dispute cannot be resolved through initial communication, it will be escalated to our management team for review. We aim to provide a resolution within 7-10 business days.
  4. Third-Party Involvement:
    In cases involving payment disputes processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), we recommend contacting us first to expedite resolution. If necessary, we will cooperate with the payment provider to investigate and resolve the issue in compliance with their policies.

By maintaining transparency and a cooperative approach, we aim to resolve disputes amicably and ensure the satisfaction of our students.


Privacy & Confidentiality

We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and ensuring your data remains secure. All collected data is used strictly for educational and service improvement purposes and is protected with SSL encryption. Student data is retained for 12 months following account cancellation and deleted thereafter.
